At Last Scents, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a simple and transparent Return & Exchange Policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period cannot be processed under any circumstances.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and remain in its original, unopened packaging. The item must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with the seal and packaging fully intact and not tampered with or damaged. A return or exchange request must be submitted within 15 days of order receipt, and valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email, must be provided. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or broken. Any fragrance bottle that has been opened or sprayed is not eligible. Items with torn, incomplete, unsealed, or damaged packaging cannot be returned. Requests made after 15 days of receiving the order will also not be accepted. Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, any item showing signs of use or tampering is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at order@lastscents.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number].” Your email should include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed return instructions. Once approved, carefully pack the item and ship it to the return address shared by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item.
Processing Time for Exchange
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing, depending on product availability and your location.
